Architect
We have clients that are looking for Architects in Multiple South Dakota Locations. They clients are growing companies that have developed some of the best reputations in the field. If you are an experienced Architect and have an interest in working in the General Sioux Falls area or the Black Hills region give me a call.
WHAT THE POSITIONS WILL OFFER YOU:
- $75,000 - $90,000 DOE.
- Benefit Package: PTO includes vacation and sick leave, medical insurance, profit sharing, AFLAC and a Flexible Benefit Plan.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- This position will interact with customers during all phases of the project.
- Will work directly with contractors, engineers, and other consultants.
- Will work directly with the company design and construction teams.
- Manage change orders, RFP’s, RFI’s, addendums and notifications.
- Lead projects, pre-bid meetings, pre-construction meetings, working with concerns of customers and resolving issues with customers and others.
- Manage all aspects of projects from design through completion.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Masters in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of experience working as an Architect.
• Licensure is preferred.
• Be creative, dependable, detail oriented, consistent and be the part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
