Job Summary This position includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus! The Outreach Nurse is responsible for providing assessment, intervention, and case management services according to MIHP protocols. Such services may be provided at the clinical site, in the client’s home, or other locations as may be deemed appropriate to client circumstances.
Requirements - Associates degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum one (1) years' experience providing community health pediatric and/or maternal/infant nursing services.
- Current unrestricted State of Michigan RN license.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
- Must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Compensation, Benefits & Structure of the Outreach Nurse/Case Manager - MIHP Position This position includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus! This position includes a competitive salary structure based on skills and experience and a comprehensive benefit and retirement package.
