Summary: In this role, you will identify, design, and implement reports that provide insight and enable informed decision making for key stakeholders, internal partners, and constituents.
Responsibilities: - Lead reporting and insights activities in support of corporate targets, including understanding internal customers' information and insight requirements, data accessibility, reporting processes and insight development.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to design reports and ensure integration with enterprise and finance information systems.
- Implement a regular cadence and review process for all reports to ensure timely dissemination of information and create a forum for sharing insights that enable action.
- Develop and implement different types of reporting tools.
- Coordinate and oversee production and distribution of information for board and investor reporting.
- Thoroughly analyze and double-checking figures and ensuring accuracy in financial reports to mitigate risks and build credibility within the organization.
- Understand the industry and the business to achieve relevant insights.
- Produce monthly and quarterly consolidated reports, tools and dashboards provided to Senior Executives, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, and investors while implementing enhancements and improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all tools and reports, interacting with accounting and financial systems teams to resolve any issues.
- Support FP&A team members in preparing various business unit reports.
Qualifications: - Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience with financial analysis, P&L analysis and spreadsheet modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Extensive experience with reporting analytics tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, BPC.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Estimated Hiring Range: $102,400.00 - $152,200.00
