Position Overview
The Director of Business Operations - Claims Editing oversees teams dedicated to maximizing revenue through enhanced edit performance, customization, and maintenance. This role involves identifying obstacles, devising solutions, and collaborating with internal resources to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead revenue optimization teams in edit performance analysis, configuration, customization, and maintenance
Collaborate with other business leaders on projects, processes, presentations, and initiatives
Identify areas of highest impact for revenue increase and develop strategies to address underlying issues
Plan and execute projects to support business objectives and engage with client-facing teams
Continuously improve processes and refine strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Cultivate a deep understanding of clients, their system usage, and configuration requirements
Serve as a subject matter expert for product, market, or client needs, providing partnership and information to the product team
Communicate effectively to resolve issues and provide assistance as needed
Make informed decisions on process and project approaches to achieve optimal results
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in any field
10+ years of management experience
Progressive advancement in leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in any field or an MBA
Familiarity with web-based applications for project management and client business-to-business interactions
Proven experience in guiding teams through periods of growth and transition
