Job description
The University of Dubuque is a growing faith-based University that is seeking a Part-time Missio Lincoln Coordinator.
Primary Responsibilities:
Cohort formation (February 2024 - August 2024)
Network toward recruitment of 6-9 participants representing the diversity of the local Body of Christ
Lead the Missio Lincoln staff team under the direction of the Director
Train and build community as the staff team
Cohort Coordination (September 2024 - April 2025)
Serve as lead coach, providing guidance and training to other coaches
Communication with coaches, fellows and alumni
Leadership and facilitation at Missio Cohort gatherings
Arrange gathering locations, meals and related logistics
Contribute to strategic direction of Missio Lincoln efforts
Assist with annual grant reporting for Missio Lincoln
Cohort Coaching (September 2024 - April 2025)
Lead a monthly coaching session (90 min) for a team of three Missio Lincoln fellows
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the University's Mission
Position Skills and Abilities
Experience in ministry
Excellent networking skills
Ability to work independently
Small group facilitation experience
Qualifications:
Christian maturity
Ministry leadership experience
Existing networks and rapport among Lincoln-area churches and Christian leaders
Passion for ecumenical community and collaboration
