Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for winning new business opportunities for Casix and developing customer relationships for long term partnerships for both Casix and Fabrinet. This includes finding and identifying new customers

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager:

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

  2. Demonstrate alacrity, attention to detail and effectiveness.
  3. Technical competencies in Optics, Physics, Telecom, Laser processes, and documentation
  4. Highly Motivated Prospecting Skills (Hunter), Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism.
