Job description
We are seeking a reliable and task-oriented individual who will directly support Government leaders. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interim Secret clearance
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong attention to detail to include spelling and grammar
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Experience scheduling meetings in Outlook
- Experience maintaining a schedule in Outlook
- Experience coordinating travel itineraries
- Experience managing executive communications, including calls, emails and direct interaction with other personnel
- Experience coordinating video teleconferences
- Experience coordinating meeting and event space to include conference room and audio/visual equipment arrangements and set-up
- Experiencing reviewing, editing, and formatting documents and presentations
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree or applicable industry certifications
- Previous experience supporting executives
- Experience coordinating meeting and event catering
- Experience coordinating arrangements for meeting and event lodging
- Experiencing preparing meeting and event badges, name plates, and signage
- Experience coordinating meeting and event attendance, registration, check-in, parking logistics, and on-site troubleshooting
