Responsibilities

• Perform general bookkeeping duties
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly entered into the subsidiary and general ledgers
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, prepare bank reconciliations.
• Process credit card payments, verify invoices.
• Generate financial reports.
• Provide support to clients as needed, answering questions, providing guidance, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage competing priorities
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
