Job description
Casey Auto Group is actively seeking an energetic and upbeat individual to join our Human Resources Department at the Corporate Office!
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and phone support to the Director of Human Resources, Recruiting Director, and Casey Auto Group’s Corporate Departments as needed.
This entry-level position assists the Human Resources Department with various duties including:
- Onboarding new employees
- Conducting weekly new hire orientation
- Processing new and terminated Sales License as needed
- Maintaining manual and automated personnel records
- Handles confidential employee records
- Serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers on Human Resource related matters
- Filing and maintaining I-9’s and driving records
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for executives
- Assists in the interview process
- Assisting and providing back-up support to other team members
- Takes on special projects as needed

Requirements:
- Must be organized and able to prioritize numerous tasks in a fast paced environment
- Must work well as part of a team
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be detail oriented
- One year of reception and/or administrative office experience required
- At least one year of HR experience preferred
- Degree preferred
