Aventon is seeking a Paid Social/Programmatic Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Paid Social/Programmatic Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end paid search campaigns across search engines and display networks. Leveraging expert knowledge of major platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, you will plan, execute, optimize and analyze paid campaigns targeting relevant keywords and audiences. If you have a proven track record of driving tremendous growth and exceptional campaign performance through paid search, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and shopping channels to drive website traffic, leads and sales
• Conduct ongoing keyword research and analysis to unlock new opportunities to connect with customers
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize performance
• Create, optimize, and monitor search and display ad groups for relevance, engagement, and conversion performance
• Perform A/B testing of ad variations and landing pages to improve quality scores, lower cost per click, and increase conversion rates
• Analyze performance data and reports to gain insights and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
• Mentor and train the Paid Social Specialist to maximize expertise across the paid search team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, content, and other teams to align strategies

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns
• Expertise with major paid search platforms and tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, Kenshoo and others
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making skills
• Outstanding project management abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey performance reports and recommendations
• Experience optimizing campaign elements to improve campaign performance
• Experience managing campaign budgets efficiently to control costs
• Knowledge of online conversion optimization best practices
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
