Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements through use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Utilize SQL and API knowledge to analyze data and facilitate system integration.
• Ensure thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and user manuals.
• Drive projects with technical integrations between multiple systems, ensuring seamless communication and functionality.
• Conduct thorough analysis to identify system requirements, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues, clarify requirements, and ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, advocating for both sides to achieve project success.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical business analysis, preferably within software projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with APIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality documentation.
• Experience with systems integration and technical projects involving communication between multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
