Overview:
We are on the hunt for a Vice President of Marketing with a burning passion for MarTech and SaaS industries. This role is perfect for someone who excels in leading a marketing team with flair and innovation, from digital marketing strategies to product marketing initiatives. We're looking for a visionary marketing strategist capable of inspiring team members across various timezones to achieve collective success.

As the leader of our Marketing department, you'll spearhead efforts to generate sustainable pipeline growth effectively. You will craft comprehensive marketing plans, manage resources efficiently, and establish both short-term and long-term objectives that resonate with our overarching company goals.

Your mission will be to amplify our DemandGen activities, foster growth, and elevate our brand presence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and oversee our marketing funnel operations, including nurturing processes, lead scoring, and alignment between sales and marketing.
Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behaviors to unearth market opportunities and craft leading-edge lead generation strategies.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a unified approach to market launches, including Product Marketing and Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
Manage the annual marketing budget, including adjustments and re-forecasting on a quarterly basis.
Boost our SEO and online visibility.
Lead and execute event strategies to maximize commercial outcomes, which may involve travel.
Set, track, and report on team objectives.
Maintain a strong, consistent brand message across all marketing channels and efforts.
Explore new avenues to increase market share and reach untapped market segments.
Work in partnership with the CEO to manage talent and define the talent strategy.
Play an active role in both quarterly and annual company planning.
Develop and implement a compelling Webinar strategy.
Foster close relationships with the Executive team.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, ideally within our sector.
Background in working with early-stage startups and navigating various funding stages.
Track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
Proficient in web analytics, Google Adwords, and other B2B SaaS-relevant paid channels.
Strong understanding of SEO and current digital marketing trends.
Experienced with CRM software.
Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for setting and prioritizing goals.
Analytical and strategic mindset.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Located in Austin or willing to work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in-office).
