Accounting Services Associate
Conduent Bussines Services- Remote

Payrate is $19.00/hr
About the Lead Payroll Services Associate role:
Supports the achievement of company goals by understanding team integration and best ways to integrate teams. Provides solutions to problems based on existing challenges or procedures. Provides guidance and support to junior team members, as required. Impacts the accuracy of own work. Uses discretion to change work procedures and practices.
Responsabilities:
+ Performs tasks based on established procedures.
+ Uses data organizing and coordination skills to support the business and perform technical work.
+ Developed proficiency within a range of analytical or operational processes.
+ Completes different assignments, dependent upon the assignment.
+ Works within established procedures and practices.
+ Establish the appropriate approach for new assignments.
+ Acts as an informal resource for colleagues.
+ Completes work with limited supervision.
Requirements:
+ Previous Payroll Experience
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
+ Great problem-solving skills
+ Ability to effectively multi-task
+ High school diploma, GED or college degree
+ Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off ( PTO ) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $33600 – $42000.
