Job description

Yardscapes Inc. is a design and installation company specializing in custom residential outdoor spaces. This is a new position with room to grow.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in irrigation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of irrigation system installation and maintenance techniques for spray heads, gears heads, and drip Irrigation.
• Test systems for potential issues.
• Repair or replace damaged components such as sprinkler heads, valves, and pipes.
• Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair system issues.
• Evaluate winterization of each system and perform winterizations.
• Sprinkler valve repair experienced with electrical and wire diagnostics.
• Complete lawn irrigation system activations and visual inspections.
• Program various controller models.
• Professionally communicate with clients and co-workers
• Locate, excavate, and repair/replace damaged underground piping.
• Adjust irrigation system settings to ensure proper watering.
• Open to learning new skills/ willingness to learn and adapt.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
