As a Regional Revenue Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and enhancing the performance of award-winning Marriott properties in the Midwest. Our portfolio includes the AC Hotel Madison Downtown, The Trade Hotel Milwaukee, Moxy Omaha Downtown, and Moxy Madison Downtown.

Your Impact:
As a Regional Revenue Analyst, you'll collaborate with the General Manager and Corporate Director of Revenue Management to develop and coordinate selling strategies. Your role involves monitoring room pricing, implementing changes, and optimizing revenue by staying on top of market trends. You'll also contribute to group scrub meetings with the Sales Coordinator.

Success in This Role:

Experience with Marriott systems
A four-year degree in hospitality, business, or related field, or equivalent
Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet and phone accessibility
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence change
Minimum of two years of hotel operations experience, including knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis
