About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Project Manager to lead transformative initiatives within our Financial Shared Services and broader Finance organization. As a key collaborator with department leaders, you'll drive projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and user experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing work plans, providing updates to leadership, and ensuring continuous improvement, technology enablement, and change management objectives are met.
Essential Functions
- Champion organizational change and support change management efforts
- Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver projects transparently and efficiently
- Oversee project development, ensuring team members meet deliverables effectively
- Plan project management activities, set deadlines, and work closely with team members to achieve results
- Provide financial reporting on all projects to evaluate ROI
- Draft KPIs, new process policies, and compliance requirements
- Benchmark internal processes against best practices and recommend improvements
- Document project creation, development, execution, scope, budget, and justification
- Coach and develop leaders within the Finance organization on project and change management
- Identify and support the implementation of automation opportunities with the Robotics Center of Excellence
- Ensure regular and predictable attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
About You
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, IT, procurement, engineering, or construction roles
- Strong project management experience implementing new technology
- Familiarity with financial functions such as accounting, AR, AP, and payroll
- Experience negotiating "Win-Wins" with internal customers
- Knowledge of Oracle E1, Hubble, and/or robotics process automation
- Prior supervisory experience
