HIRING RANGE DOQ:
This position is eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $5,000.

LPN: $23.14 – 26.98 hourly

RN: $31.78 - $37.88 hourly

DEADLINE FOR FILING: Friday, March 29, 2024

JOB SUMMARY 

Provide professional nursing care for clients at Falls Community Health that ensures safe and effective primary health care. Provide assistance to the provider and triage walk-in and phone clients; process medication refill requests; assist with procedures and tracking; and return patient phone calls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program with a current and valid licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of South Dakota. Minimum of one (1) year clinic or hospital nursing care experience required; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority. Prior experience with electronic medical record systems is desirable.

Must possess or be able to obtain prior to hire a valid driver’s license.
