Team Mariposa is seeking 1 talented and spirited employee to fill the role of Digital Marketing Specialist. This person is creative, daring, business savvy, and has a go getter attitude.
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for helping develop, design, and implement digital marketing strategies and materials to assist our many clients with their marketing objectives. Understanding of brand cohesion, social media platforms, and general marketing tactics are completely necessary. If you have a passion for digital marketing and an "everything is figure-outable" attitude," we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and drive user engagement
- Monitor website traffic, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for digital marketing campaigns
- Track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and strategies
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with performance marketing and advertising platforms such as Google Ads
- Familiarity with website design and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
-Familiarity with high quality visuals including graphic design, photography and videography
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
