Job Overview

Reporting to the Vice Provost for Academic Analytics, the Director of Student Success & Research Analytics is a critical partner in advancing strategic priorities of the Provost Office at the University of Cincinnati. The incumbent will have a track record of ensuring organizations make sound, evidence-based decisions and of promoting strategic alignment. Provide thought leadership for customer and marketing analytics, generating deep and actionable insights, surfacing new trends in marketing metrics and measurement, and driving effectiveness and efficiency. An ability to develop strong relationships with other campus offices and leaders will be key. Flexibility, creativity, and a broadly strategic mindset will be crucial to success in this role. The Director will develop and maintain a reporting library and build dashboards for efforts aimed at enrollment forecasting, the assessment of recruitment initiatives, and scholarship and financial aid targeting strategies, and develop accompanying predictive models for student success. The Director will support leadership across Provost offices in optimizing data to inform strategy. Essential Functions Required Education

Bachelor's Degree in relevent area of specialization.
