The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team. Reporting to the the company CFO and collaborating with other business unit leaders, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing an enhanced procurement process across our businesses. This strategic position requires a hands-on approach to drive cost savings, improve vendor risk management, and fully leverage procurement technology. Additionally, you will oversee our portfolio of office facilities, managing leasing planning, real estate projects, and landlord relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement strategy, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Establish efficient vendor sourcing, approval, and management processes.
- Negotiate agreements with new service providers and optimize existing contracts.
- Manage the portfolio of real estate leases, including landlord relationships and facility projects.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of finance experience in procurement or real estate management.
- Proficiency in sourcing and procurement principles.
- Strong communication and partnership-building skills.
- Initiative, creativity, and strategic capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
