Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Fall Semester Co-op for 2024. While the primary location is in New Brunswick, NJ, we welcome applications from remote candidates within the US who are able to travel to other sites as needed.

About Engineering & Property Services (E&PS):
At E&PS, we oversee the management of the company buildings worldwide. From Real Estate and Engineering to Facilities Management, we play a vital role in shaping the infrastructure that supports our global operations. Our focus is on creating innovative workspaces that foster collaboration and growth, while ensuring flexibility in site solutions to effectively serve our customers and patients.

Role Overview:
As a Co-op within our department, you will provide valuable support to either the Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Operations, or Project Delivery team. This role involves contributing to strategic projects and daily tasks with a global scope, collaborating closely with various stakeholders both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project coordination and management tasks, including meeting participation, scheduling, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to gather insights and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver project progress reports and presentations as needed.
- Organize and participate in team meetings, stakeholder engagements, and business partner interactions.
- Maintain and update SharePoint and Microsoft team documents.
- Support the team with miscellaneous requests and participate in team and Credo activities.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of interview and hire.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, or Industrial preferred), Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Architectural Design, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Communications, or Project Management.

Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google software suites.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for preparing dashboards, status reports, etc.
- Ability to conduct advanced data analytics and provide insightful recommendations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, establish relationships, and manage complexity.
- Comfortable working in both office and virtual environments.
- Passion for innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Preferred:
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry.
- Previous experience in building relationships and working in team environments.
- Customer service experience.
- Proven ability to meet project milestones and task deadlines.

Compensation:
Anticipated hourly rates: Sophomore $24.00/hr, Junior $25/hr, Senior $27/hr, Master's degree $32/hr.
