Job description
InnerPacific Alliance for Cancer Care is seeking a Medical Physicist to join a dynamic radiation oncology program . Primary responsibilities will be all aspects of radiation therapy quality assurance pertaining to 3D, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and HDR brachytherapy treatment modalities.
Preferred candidates for the position will be board certification eligible, having completed a CAMPEP accredited residency in Medical Physics, or will be recently board certified. Experience with Elekta systems is preferred, currently transitioning from a Varian/Aria/Eclipse platform to an Elekta/MOSAIQ/Monaco platform.
InnerPacific Alliance for Cancer Care brings the combined strength of Cancer Care Northwest, Kootenai Health, and Providence Health Care together to provide integrated and comprehensive cancer care for patients in the Inland Northwest. The radiation oncology program includes nine radiation oncologists, six medical physicists, and eight dosimetrists, at eight locations in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area.
