HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Senior Paid Search Analyst at Direct Agents, you will be a key driver in the success of developing performance-driven campaign strategies and refinements for clients. Your analytical and innovative mindset, alongside your passion for continuous learning will be key in prioritizing a results-oriented approach and contributing to our agency's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management and Execution | Engage with diverse clients and industries, including e-commerce, entertainment, and mobile apps. Oversee the daily execution of paid search initiatives to drive revenue, sales, and user engagement.Maintain effective cost per acquisition (CPA) or return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Client Understanding and Business Impact | Conduct comprehensive research to understand client business models, products/services, and sectors. Create and manage campaigns that enhance business profitability and promote growth. Work with business development to audit and develop custom pitches.
- Communication and Collaboration | Collaborate closely with the search team to ensure effective campaign management. Maintain direct client interaction to communicate campaign outcomes, strategies, challenges, and requisites.
- Data Analysis and Decision-Making | Utilize analytics data to establish a robust foundation for campaign strategies and enhancements. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Omni-Channel Strategy Development | Collaborate with different channel teams to develop successful omni-channel strategies.
- Technology Utilization | Master the use of proprietary DA technologies and tools to enhance campaign efficacy. Streamline day-to-day operational efficiencies through technology utilization.
- Leadership | Help train and guide a team of analysts.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 3-6 years of experience in Search Marketing, preferably with e-commerce/entertainment/direct response clients
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Finance, or Math
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time efficiently
- Possess a "big picture" perspective, but immediately willing to 'roll up your sleeves,’ and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Having an expert understanding of customer acquisition and direct response online marketing a big plus
- Familiarity with HTML, website design, and web analytics. CSS and Javascript is a plus
