The Role:
Start your journey in insurance with us! As a Sales Producer, you'll be on a clear path to becoming a licensed insurance agent. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced agents and have access to resources to help you succeed.
Salary : Earn between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present insurance quotes, and close sales.
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and agency leads.
- Help clients identify their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders.
- Learn about insurance products and sales techniques from experienced agents.
- Participate in training programs to prepare for becoming a licensed insurance agent.
Requirements
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to acquire necessary licenses and certifications.
- Commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
