We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate professional to showcase their culinary prowess, exert autonomy in the kitchen, and advocate for local sourcing and high-quality ingredients.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen
- Supervising kitchen staff’s activities
- Overseeing the production of high-quality dishes
- Implementing and maintaining high health and safety standards
- Managing inventory of supplies and ordering new stock as required
- Creating seasonal menus with new, innovative dishes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with seafood cuisine
- Experience in scratch kitchens and upscale dining
- Culinary degree is a plus, but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively
