Job description

Skills:

Must possess knowledge of databases, charts, and tables and incorporate this knowledge into daily workflow functions.

Ability to make appropriate recommendations to Document Production Director and Supervisor to improve processes and maintain efficient job function practices.

Must possess knowledge of databases, charts, and tables and incorporate this knowledge into daily workflow functions.

 

Coordinates and monitors assigned program activities to ensure effective operations and compliance with established standards.

 

Provides technical assistance and advice to staff and agency personnel to resolves problems and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Primary responsibility – provide “catching” on end of an inserter – must place envelopes in trays – must tap envelopes down before placing in trays.

Other responsibilities – must fulfill other mailroom functions as needed.

Will take direction from mailroom staff.
