Job description
Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee has opened our newest location in Midtown, Atlanta and we are looking for baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidate is positive, reliable, and loves coffee!
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and company recipes
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Prepare small food items, pastries, and alcoholic beverages
- Provide excellent service to our community, being inviting and welcoming to all
Qualifications
- Working experience as a barista preferred but not required
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
- Time Management
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
