Floral Admin Assistant Wanted!

Are you passionate about flowers and organization? We are seeking a dedicated Floral Admin Assistant to join our team and help us create memorable experiences for our clients through the beauty of floral arrangements.

Role: Floral Admin Assistant

Location: Costa Mesa

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors to source the freshest and most beautiful flowers
• Assist in creating and maintaining floral design proposals and contracts
• Manage client communication and appointments
• Maintain inventory of floral supplies and materials
• Provide administrative support to the floral team
• Help with event setup and breakdown as needed

Requirements:

• Passion for flowers and floral design
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient in basic administrative tasks
• Previous experience in floral design or event coordination is a plus
