Job description
Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne/Porsche Melbourne is looking for accounting clerk to help us organize accounting office.
This position is for individuals who strive to be successful and career goals in mind. Must be able to time manage, work efficiently and professionally, communicate well both verbally and via e-mail, and demonstrate excellent computer skills.

Job Summary: The Accounting Clerk computes, classifies, and enters numerical data into financial software to complete financial records. Automotive dealership experience is preferred not required.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
- Prepare deal for posting & title work
- support billing and title department
- Disburse checks
- Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
Accounting Clerk Requirements:
- Experience preferred, not required using a dealership management system (DMS)
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and with the team
- Accounting Experience (preferred, not required)
- Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required) are plus!
