Description
Execute the supply plan and procure the products or commodities assigned. Keeping planning system master data up to date. Responsible for key performance metrics such as, fill rate, inventory turnover, overstock, out stocks, among others. Analyze forecasted demand, inventory, develop weekly supply plans that meet customer demands. Results should meet Coast to Coast target fill rate, while minimizing total inventory levels. The best successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, great communication, a self-starter, eager to learn, results oriented, a strong retail knowledge.

Education/ Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field and 5 years or more of experience in supply/demand planning, supplier and purchase order management and knowledge of ERP/SAP planning solution is crucial.
• The candidate must combine a working knowledge of world-class supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, strong leadership skills, and business savvy.
• Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to details, and a high level of comfort in working with numbers.
• Problem solving, role requires creative thinking and the ability to present outside of the box ideas and solutions.
• Experience in dealing with cross-functional collaboration to achieve outstanding customers service in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Partner with various cross functional departments to support and execute new launches of products.
• Consistent track record in delivering on operational KPI’s.
• Sense of priority and urgency to meet deadlines from different partners.
• Robust quantitative and analytical skills including firm command of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc. and have ability to learn technical applications quickly.
• Flexibility to work effectively and independently.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.
• Self-motivated, organized, and resilient – with ability to define goals, prioritize workplans and overcome obstacles.
• A team player with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
