Job Summary:
Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking a pulmonologist to join its existing pulmonary medicine and critical care program in a suburb of Kansas City, MO.
Qualified Candidates: - Board certified or board eligible in pulmonary critical care
- Call of 1 in 4
- Interested in a mix of outpatient and inpatient pulmonary and critical care medicine
- The incoming candidate will participate in a weekly rotation covering the ICU consults and inpatient and outpatient clinic settings. Standard critical care procedures will include bronchoscopy and chest tube placement.
- Robotically assisted bronchotomy, robotically assisted thoracic surgery, diagnostic EBUS, and sleep medicine are available on campus. Candidates interested in interventional pulmonology are encouraged to apply.
- Critical care onsite coverage and nurse practitioner support provided, including weekends
- Dedicated intensivist team onsite
