Job description
We are searching for an experienced project analyst who can assist the Enterprise Supplier Management team with executing and tracking project plans; specific to supplier risk, performance, and relationship management. Analyst to facilitate Enterprise Supplier Management operational excellence initiatives and work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Source to Pay and numerous business unit supplier management teams to develop and implement supplier management program initiatives. This will include quantitative analyses of information and developing high-quality presentations for team meetings and business reviews.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to execute key supplier management program functionality (i.e. risk assessments, segmentation).
- Performing data analyses using advanced quantitative as well as qualitative methods.
- Prepare special reports required by company policies.
- Assist in developing tactical next steps based on supplier risk and performance levels for various inherent risk factors (e.g., data privacy/information security risk, regulatory risk, financial health risk, resilience risk, reputation risk, and value).
- Conduct large-scale internal meetings to disseminate results from performance management activities (e.g., surveys and ratings).
- Drafting/developing communications and project plans.
- Documenting robust processes, policies, and guideline documents.
- Establishing program roadmaps, documentation, and timelines.
- Developing training content and leading training sessions.
- Lead and assist with special projects as needed. Provide strong leadership, move fast, and be accountable for results.
- Setting up meetings, documenting meeting notes, and following up on action items.
Skills:
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tooling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Strong work ethic and sense of accountability.
- Strong ability to analyze business and supplier trends.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in supply chain discipline and/or experience in sourcing is preferred.
- Additional experience in consulting is preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
