Priority Group is currently in search of our newest Business Development Representative who is passionate about relationship and account development for Home Care. As one of the newest home care services in New Jersey, Priority Care Home Services has a good business relationship in New Jersey.
The Business Development Representative for Home Care will be responsible for:
-Achieve the monthly target to find new clients
-Increasing business by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts.
-Identifying new customers through targeted sales/cold calls and managing existing relationships to maximize business opportunity and support the organization's volume and revenue goals.
-Act as liaison between leadership, operations, and clients to maintain or increase business, resolve issues and/or remove obstacles to business growth.
-Performing a variety of customer service and program or service education on behalf of the organization.
-Performing both virtual and In-person visit with the clients
Additional responsibilities will require strong and effective communication skills. Applicants must be able to exhibit:
-Persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
-Strategic and critical thinking skills.
-Ability to analyze market/trend reports.
For this position, we are looking for a confident and outgoing applicant with two years' experience in HealthCare or business to business sales.
The job will be based on commissions to find the new client in New Jersey. You have the opportunity to earn big by achieving the monthly target.
