Job description

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our payroll team as a Payroll Clerk. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for managing the company’s payroll record keeping and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure payroll taxes are calculated and paid on time.
• Maintain thorough records of payroll transactions and employee information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll regulations.
• Follow up on inconsistencies and discrepancies in payroll information.
• Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Dba experience.
• At least 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
