SALARY OFFERED: Up to $160K depending on candidates experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure stable operation of in-house IT Infrastructure (planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all infrastructure hardware, software, and communication links)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Drive helpdesk support efforts, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Oversee maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
- Install and upgrade computer components & software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
- Administer and manage end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Perform system backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field of study; or related working exp
- Expert knowledge of Beyond Trust, virtualization, VMWare, AZURE or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in system, database, and/or network administration
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Exceptional experience with scripting and automation tools and strong troubleshooting skills
- Adept understanding of implementing and developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including working knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- High-level of proficiency with Windows OS
- Successful experience in developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
