Primary Responsibilities

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.

• Perform basic operation of equipment to produce, rate, and meet quality standards.

• Sets up and operates forming, deburring, and heading machines to create sleeves or other products.

• Monitors machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary; stop machines when problems occur.

• Performs housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly workstation and performs basic machine upkeep.

• May perform lubing, bluecoat, grit blast, sleeve washing, or packaging as needed.

Part Marking, Warehouse, Production, Machine operation, General production, Inspection, Deburring, Bluecoat, Grit blast.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Education or Experience

• The ability to read and write English.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and procedure manuals.

• Ability to use math skills to solve problems.

• At least 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of experience and training.

• Must have knowledge of shop practices and procedures, ability to read blueprints, and ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.

Experience Level: Entry Level

Work Environment: Large aerospace warehouse.

Shift Available: Day shift.
