Contracts Specialist
Eagan, MN – Hybrid | Contract to Hire | $31 - $35/hr
Konik is partnering with a local engineering company supporting the defense industry that is seeking to add a Contracts Specialist to their team. This is a permanent position via a contract-to-hire. This is a great opportunity for an individual with good knowledge of contractual documents, procurement rules, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to join a growing organization that values its employees. Contracts Specialist Responsibilities:
- Support contract manager, ensuring contract activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Utilize Excel, SharePoint, and other company organizational tools to maintain tracking documents.
- Maintain file compliance.
- Generate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), perform due diligence checks, and ensure documents are executed according to Delegation of Authority procedures.
- Support and assist with internal audits.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Contracts Specialist Qualifications:
- Associates or higher degree in business, economics, law, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience dealing with contracts.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR), DFAR, & Code of Federal Regulations.
