How you will contribute:
- Manage all levels of system administration support for all Dynamics 365 environments.
- Manage release, change, and upgrade management processes for Dynamics 365, ideally from AX2012 through current releases.
- Work with Business and IT teams to coordinate and perform database refreshes.
- Monitor, review, and communicate the implications of maintenance notifications.
- Monitor performance of Dynamics 365 environments.
- Create requested documentation supporting system design, development, and testing.
- Perform maintenance and development work in a manner that is consistent with company standards and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining, and test system configurations and workflows.
- Manage and maintain system integrations to other Bottomline Technologies and 3rd party systems.
- Assist in maintaining software licenses, user access and security roles.
- Provide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues.
- Manage and coordinate issues raised to Microsoft through to resolution.
- Use of Microsoft Dynamics development and reporting tools to design, develop and test customizations, integrations, and reports.
What will make you successful:
- 7+ years of overall industry experience.
- 5+ combined years’ education, training, or equivalent experience as Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator.
- 5+ years’ education, training, or equivalent experience developing extensions and/or customizations to the D365 Finance & Operations platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Finance and Operations, systems administration and configuration including the following:
- Technical functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets or Inventory and proficient in concepts such as chart of accounts, financial dimensions, operating units, organizational hierarchies, budgeting/forecasting, etc.
- Proficiency in Visual Studio, X++ OR C# Programming Language
