Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid in DC, VA or MD preferred. Remote possible for exceptional candidate outside the DMV.
Summary: We’re looking for a rockstar Business Analyst who loves:

Responsibilities: - Onboard, setup and maintain clinics, labs, hubs, providers, payors, and users throughout our various backend systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time.
- Use data and analytics to identify patterns and trends to streamline operations, drive efficiencies, and identify new opportunities.
Requirements: - Critical thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail as well as strategic thinking.
- Ability to troubleshoot, including identifying trends, patterns, and root causes.
- Clear, concise, timely communication.
- Basic computer skills using web-based portals and Office apps including Excel.
- SQL (ability to write select statements including where clauses, joins and various aggregation functions).
Qualifications: - Experience with Tableau, ThoughtSpot or similar Business Intelligence and Data Analytics platforms.
- SQL.
Preferred Competencies: - MySQL
- Snowflake
- Familiarity with the Agile SDLC and related practices, processes, and tools (Jira).
- Healthcare experience.
- 2 – 3 years Business Analyst experience.
- Startup experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with AWS, including S3 and CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with APIs, including the use of Postman or similar tools used to interact with APIs directly.
- Working knowledge of GitHub, React, and Ruby on Rails or similar software development experience a plus.
