Title: Youth Development Professional (YDP)
Salary Range: $15-$17 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 2-6:30 PM, Friday 12-6:30 PM

Job Summary:
As a Youth Development Professional (YDP), you'll be the architect of fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for youth and teens from diverse backgrounds. Guided by our priority outcomes of academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles, you'll ensure every Club Member experiences an Optimal Club Experience tailored for lifelong success.

Key Roles (Essential Job Responsibilities):
- Craft and implement daily group activities tailored to youth aged 5-11 or 12-17, fostering engagement and consistent attendance.
- Establish meaningful rapport with youth, providing mentorship, guidance, and role modeling to support their leadership development, artistic skills, physical activity engagement, and academic progress.
- Provide active supervision, continually interacting with all members to offer motivation and encouragement.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including lesson plans, attendance sheets, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Organize special events such as guest speakers, performances, or field trips to enrich Club Members' experiences.
- Uphold safety policies and procedures diligently to ensure the well-being of all participants.
- Participate in local training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Possess strong organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with Club Members, peers, parents, and community leaders.

- Willingness to share your interests, skills, or talents with youth to inspire and empower them.
- Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and exhibit strong group management skills.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years and over to meet driving requirements.
