Summary

Your role in our mission

• Assists in the planning, coordinating, organizing, controlling, integrating and completion of basic marketing collateral and other publications. Ensures adherence to quality standards.
• Assists in leveraging basic software application and graphic packages. Assists in defining document formats and templates in order to communicate product/service information with customers.
• Assists with maintaining basic infrastructure required for publications including document collaboration and communication systems.
• Assists in updating routine documents to support client use of the company products/services.
• Assists in monitoring publications projects. Ensures projects meet established quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.

What you should expect in this role
• Must be a resident of the state of California.
• Hybrid work environment 3 days a week in the office as needed for face-to-face and client meetings with the remainder of time remote work. The office is located in the Roseville/Sacramento area.

 

The pay range for this position is $44,200.00 - $63,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
