More About You:

You are already a licensed real estate professional with experience in real estate, property management, or related fields.
While you may be relatively new to the industry, your track record in sales reflects a unique ability to cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with clients.
You are motivated by the challenge of nurturing leads from inception to successful closure.
You are well-versed in staying organized, following up diligently, demonstrating follow-through, and providing clients with a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience that prompts them to recommend you to friends.

What You Will Do:

List and sell residential real estate, encompassing tasks such as negotiating purchase agreements and contracts, as well as hosting open houses. Clients will rely on you to educate them on basic real estate procedures, verify and disclose property facts, and prepare market analyses to determine property values.
You will continue to enhance your knowledge of real estate, grow within a company that values you as an individual (not just your numbers), and achieve the financial success many only dream of. Above all, you will have fun along the way.
