Scheduling Coordinator & Receptionist

Job description
Heroes is a rapidly growing lawn care company that specializes in healthy lawns via our fertilization/lawn treatment, irrigation, and pet waste removal services.
We’re seeking a quality, experienced, reliable schedule coordinator and receptionist to work approximately 25 hours per week Monday through Friday from our office in Magnolia.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle sales and customer support calls, emails, and text messages/chats
- Manage all aspects of technician scheduling, with most emphasis on irrigation repairs
- Assist the General Manager with ordering inventory, office supplies, etc.
- Follow up on past-due invoices
- Bonus: Ability to help with marketing and social media content
Qualifications:
- Direct experience managing high-volume scheduling, preferably in a residential services setting such as contracting, HVAC, electrical, lawn care, irrigation, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish is a plus
- Strong with various technology applications (office, google, CRMs, etc.) and able to learn new tools quickly
