Description:
The primary purpose of the position is to conduct student recruitment and student success activity programming within the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences ( CAES ) at NC A&T State University.
Specific duties will encompass developing, organizing, and leading student recruitment and retention efforts at both the undergraduate and graduate levels across the CAES .
Secondary responsibilities will involve student advisement and retention programming for the Department of Animal Sciences.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit:
The College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences is one of eight colleges at North Carolina A&T State University.
The mission of the College is to provide opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds to achieve excellence in the food, agricultural, family, and environmental sciences through exemplary and integrative instruction, and through scholarly, creative, and effective research and Extension programs.

Requirements:
Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required; for candidates demonstrating comparable independent educational or instructional activities associated with the delivery and/or management of student support functions, will accept a relevant undergraduate degree and relevant experience in substitution.
