Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Washington, DC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Salary: $26 - $31 per hour
Responsibilities: As a Personal Assistant at Style Netbox, you will be a key support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinating and organizing meetings, taking minutes, and preparing documents
- Handling correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive
- Conducting research and compiling information for various projects
- Providing general administrative support, including filing and data management
Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
