Client Associate
This is a direct hire position.
Hybrid role in Stamford, CT.
About this position
We are looking for a professional client service individual to join a dynamic team in Stamford, CT. As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for providing first and second-line support to Fintech clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support to clients, addressing technical queries and issues.
- Log all support emails and calls into the tracking system and monitor the support call logging system daily.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards while resolving support issues, taking ownership, and ensuring compliance with support procedures.
- Proactively showcase new D&A functionality to clients and manage new D&A client account setups.
- Conduct training sessions for assigned clients on systems and tools through online and in-person demonstrations.
- Escalate complex support tickets to relevant 2nd-line support team members when necessary.
- Contribute to internal monthly reporting on client interactions and key support issues.
- Update and maintain the internal database and knowledge management systems with current client information.
- Monitor support calls, analyzing usage and differentiating between 1st and 2nd line support while reporting any raised issues.
- Develop proficiency in Fintech initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in conference calls between clients and the Fintech Team.
- Prepare, review, and send client reports and deliverables accurately and within specified deadlines.

Pay/Salary Range:
- Salary Range: $55,000-$75,000/year
