Job Title: FP&A Manager - Public Nontraded REIT
Job Location: Riverside, CA (Hybrid potential)
Salary: Competitive Salary DOE, Benefits, 401k Match, Bonus
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience FP&A preferabley within real estate

We are a growing nontraded, public REIT with a dynamic team managing over a $100mil in real estate . As we keep expanding we are looking to bring on a high level FP&A Manager to continue to ensure our financial compliance and excellence within our organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in continuing the growth of the company!

What You Will Be Doing

- Developing & implementing financial models, forecasts, and budgeting strategies to support decision- making processes
- Analyze key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, and optimize financial performance
- Design and implement new globally applicable analytical and management reporting tools

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, MBA or CFA is preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the real estate or investment sector preferred
- Strong background in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems
