Droisys is seeking Desktop Support Engineer job offering Onsite work for a Long-term contract job opportunity.

Job Description

• 8+ years of experience in providing Desktop Support with Windows 10 and Windows 8 support.
• Flexible to work in rotation shift timings Any shift assigned to you.
• Maintain ownership of user issues and ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
• Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
• Good experience working on Windows OS.
• Good experience with Microsoft Office product suite.
• Third party vendor management and support.
• Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.
• Knowledge working on remote support tools.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent remote support troubleshooting skills.
