Position Summary/Description:

Perform molecular biology manipulation of viral reverse genetic enterovirus vectors, viral quantification by plaque assay, focus assay, CCID50, RT-qPCR, ELISA , standard cell culture, primary human airway cell culture, human PBMC isolation and hybridoma generation, antibody purification, mouse model development, data analysis, manuscript writing, contribute to grant proposals with figures, and data presentations. Present data nationally and internationally, train graduate students and undergraduate students in lab techniques.
