Description:

SBE Leader-level managers who manage a site day-to-day and/or those leaders who manage total life cycle of a product line/ Service with P&L accountability. Product/ Service Line-Management - Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product/ service or product/ service line. Conducts competitive product/ service analysis and market research of product/ service and consumer behavior. Determines the profitability and viability of new products/ services or product/service enhancements. Develops service repair and marketing strategies to insure effective product/ service placement relative to market opportunity, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle. Works with other functions to finalize product/ service specifications. Provides advertising with core brand equity.
